Reports to: Managing Director
Works closely with: General Manager, Solution Specialists, Project Manager
Role Purpose
To lead solution design and technical credibility throughout the pre-sales process, ensuring
CRM, web, portal and integration solutions are commercially sound, technically achievable,
and aligned with client outcomes and Modern Visual’s delivery capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and solution design in pre-sales engagements
- Translate client objectives into clear, achievable solution architectures
- Design end-to-end solutions spanning CRM, websites, customer portals and
integrations - Prepare high-level scopes of work, assumptions and proposals
- Collaborate with delivery teams to validate approach, effort and dependencies
- Present solutions confidently to senior and corporate-level stakeholders
- Achieve agreed sales and revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners
Required Capabilities & Experience
- Demonstrated experience with HubSpot and/or other CRM platforms
- Confidence discussing web, portal and integration solutions
- Proven pre-sales or solutions consulting background
- Strong commercial judgement and scoping discipline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate autonomously in a fully remote environment
