As a CRM Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in setting up and optimising CRM solutions for our diverse client base playing across a variety of industries from financial services, real estate, manufacturing to medical. You will work closely with customers to design implement all
HubSpot hubs, following the best practices, to deliver maximum business value. Additionally, you will provide comprehensive training to both power users and frontline users, enabling them to effectively utilise HubSpot tools and maximise their productivity.

The Role
You will collaborate extensively with our CTO through pairing, solution design discussions, and direct
contributions to projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Run client workshops to understand their business needs and objectives, and design HubSpot CRM solutions to meet those requirements;
- Work closely with our delivery team to help them understand customer requirements and drive high quality of builds by reviewing their work and sharing feedback;
- Configure existing HubSpot Marketplace apps to connect HubSpot with a variety of third-party systems to create seamless CRM solutions for customers;
- Develop and deliver customised training programs for power users, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to manage HubSpot effectively;
- Own more complex configuration of HubSpot, across all Hubs, to ensure optimal performance and deliver maximum value for the customers;
- Conduct hands-on training sessions for frontline users, focusing on essential HubSpot tools and best practices to enhance their daily operations;
- Stay up-to-date with the latest HubSpot features, updates, and industry trends to ensure clients benefit from the most current solutions.
What will the first 30-90 days look like
30 days – Get settled into your new role and company, become familiar with our delivery approach by shadowing live projects; hit the ground running by scoping and designing your first HubSpot solutions, running first training sessions and putting together your first project plans.
60 days – Start leading more complex HubSpot projects and training sessions and actively proposing opportunities to improve and evolve our approach.
90 days – You’d now be hitting maximum business impact via individual contribution leading complex delivery projects and through mentoring, coaching and upskilling of new hires and our delivery team. You will also be driving further scale for the business by producing reusable templates and other collateral.
How success will be measured
- Success in this role will be measured by the quality and efficiency of CRM implementation projects.
- Quality will be assessed through customer satisfaction and feedback on deliverables and communication, while efficiency will be judged by adherence to project plans and scope.
- Additionally, success includes reducing ongoing delivery effort through process improvements and the use of reusable templates.
What we are looking for
We’re looking for a CRM specialist with 3+ years of experience delivering complex CRM Solutions (HubSpot experience is preferable) and training clients. You have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
You also enjoy delivering business impact via technical solutions and are interested in taking more ownership in a rapidly growing company.
In-depth knowledge of HubSpot hubs demonstrated via hands-on past experience and up-to-date certifications, as well as experience with no-code integration systems like Zapier, Workato, Make.com is desirable.
Exposure to projects involving integrating HubSpot with ERP, Ecommerce as well as third-party quoting tools like Qwilr, DealHub, Quote Hapily and similar is a strong plus. Any past experience driving marketing, sales or any other business automation projects as well as increasing revenue via successful management of marketing campaigns is beneficial too.
